Here's some holiday cheer for you!
CREAMY HOT COCOA:
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup boiling water
3 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a saucepan. Blend in the boiling water. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Watch that it doesn't scorch. Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil! Remove from heat and add vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature.

My name is Charlene and I am the wife to a very undeserving gift, a husband named Kevin and 3 amazing gifts from God, Nate, Matthew and Kate. Your photos have touched my heart and I would be honored and so very blessed if you chose our family to shoot. We have not had a family photo taken since I married Kevin in 2004. Life has been very busy and here we are 3 children latter and still no professional family photo. Thank you for the beauty you share with your photos - they are truly beautiful!
Blessings~ Charlene (Palm Coast)
I love your photos! You are my chosen photographer for my wedding in march 2011 (lindsey and dave) Dave is a firefighter emt and volunteers in indialantic and im in dental hygiene school and we would love to have an engagement shoot. It would be such a blessing! I think it's so awesome that God put it in your heart to do something nice for someone! Our family this year are not exchanging gifts but are giving to two different ministries so the gospel of christ can be spread! I love Christmas...Christ is the reason for the season! I posted on facebook
